Experience in design for high volume manufacture Knowledge and experience in theories of acoustic design and sound quality. Knowledge and experience in electro-acoustic transducers, e.g. microphones and speakers. Knowledge and experience in various acoustics elements, e.g. acoustic filters Knowledge of basic audio digital signal processing, like VAD（voice activity detector）, AEC (acoustic echo canceller) and NR (noise reduction)… Intermediate analog electrical circuit design Experience with lab equipment, i.e. B&K, Acqua, Sound Check, Audio Precision and equivalent systems Track record of learning and understanding other engineering disciplines, such as EE, ME, FW, DSP Track record of understanding and collaborating with other function teams such as ID, manufacturing, QA and product managers Great leadership, organizational skills and management/coordination skills Experience in reading and writing technical specifications in English Good written and fluent verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese Mandarin Good presentation skills and negotiation skills The capability of developing or utilizing new technologies/technology platforms VERY DESIRABLE Experience on telephony systems or headphone systems Advanced degree in acoustics (master+) Fast learning capability Inspiring personality Experience with acoustics modeling and simulation Experience with Scientific Mathematical tools and simulation tools such as Mat Lab, PSpice, etc. 职位职责： Lead the CDC audio and acoustic team to execute the product development in regards to: electro-acoustic design, DSP and audio system tuning, audio system verification and massive production test, within project constraints of schedule, cost and scope. Manage the department for work resource, budget, equipment and other daily activities, and continuously develop employees’ capability. Lead the team to keep good communication and close collaboration with global audio and acoustic teams, and keep sync with global teams on updates of industry standards or internal/external customers’ specs, as well as sync on testing equipment updates and technology evolution. Must provide leadership in acoustics/audio core technology efforts and provide acoustics support and guidance to other functions such as Sales and Marketing , Industrial Design, Production and Quality Assurance.
