The purpose of the ISMA9 is to promote activities in various areas of acoustics by providing a forum for exchange of ideas, presentation of technical achievements and discussion of future directions. It will bring together an international community of experts to discuss the state-of-the-art, new research results, perspectives of future developments, and innovative applications relevant to acoustics. It is a continuation of the Series of International Workshop on Acoustics organized by Institute of Acoustics, Nanjing University.
