２００８年８月１４，ＬＯＧＩＥＴＣＨ宣布出资３４００万美元收购耳机厂商Ultimate Ears ，是全现金收购．

　　广州国光表示，计划通过旗下美国子公司GGEC America Inc.收购上述股权，且该公司董事会已于周二批准这项投资计划。

　　该公司表示，此次收购将有助于公司实现战略发展方向，原因是AuraSound拥有广泛的销售渠道，以及可运用在高档Hi-Fi音响及手提电脑音响系统等设备的专利技术。

　　总部位于加利福尼亚州Santa Fe Springs的AuroSound公布，截至6月30日的财政年度出现净亏损2,650万美元。

现在国内都陷入了倒闭的潮流中。例如东莞的元斗、深圳的声凯等都倒闭了，这可是老牌的企业啊！
