6.声学工程师

主要职责:

?   负责产品声学方案设计及调试;

?   负责项目中有关技术文件的编写;

?   完成上级主管安排的其它工作任务。

任职资格

?   声学相关专业本科以上学历;

?   3年以上声学设计相关工作经验,能够独立承担新产品的声学方案设计;

?   熟悉常见电声元器件的性能指标,测试方法。声学性能分析及结果判定;

?   具有丰富的耳机声音调试经验,熟练使用各种声学测试仪器;

?   具有产品音质主观评价经验及音质改善能力;

?   能够运用仿真软件进行声学模拟计算;

?   团队合作意识强,英文熟练者优先。

事实上你说的没错。公司对这方面有所考虑,我们会在市场价格的基础上,加入食宿的成本进去。

Qingdao is nice place to live. But the house,the consumption,everything is expensive,while the employees are paid low. But Goertek has done a good job in hiring high level employees with big paycheck. But One more thing to emprove is to develop a better welfare policy.

I think you are absolutely right. Actually, we always encourage our employee to care about their incoming. but at frist the employee must treat the corporation like their own family. everything treat like the family. your contributing is more, the gain is more. achievement is directly proportional to effort(or we called "the contributing").

 I know you are running a company,not a charity. That is why I advise you to make a better offer to hire people with better skills,I think it is good for your company if you want to run it on to another level. the same reply to you which I had worte to "muchung". but first and foremost I am argee with your view, the better salary and welfare is such important thing but not only. you know all the perfect corporation(we just say 'perfect‘ not mean it is perfect really,because no one can act perfectly) is grow up from the small company,even from the family factory. To use your faith,love,and believe, to build a good furture for us. nobody can live forever but you can remember you are the part of participants. Good luck and have a goooooood mood.
