 For your questions:

 1. Sometimes, depend on size of loudspeaker. As we can see, the increase the SPL is from raw issue -Weight (Mass) of Kapton.
 2.Yes, difference material will be effected to impedance of loudspeaker, the big difference is between Al Conducting(Metal) and Kapton non-conducting(Plastic) as raw issue-Faraday Electromagnetic Effect.

    Summary, you need to concerning on the 2 most important when use Al and Kapton material for bobbin

               A: Power handling
               B: Sound quality

1、根据SPK的口径 有时候这是一种手段， 其本质是 骨架重量的变化 对SPK 产生影响  。

2、是的，不同材料将会影响到扬声器的阻抗，其中金属（导体）与塑料（非导体）对阻抗有很大影响，原因为电磁效应
