希望是2~4年的本科生，有声学微型器件研发经验。如果最后拿到offer的话，先去维也纳培训半年，然后是跟项目1.5~2年的时间，之后根据个人意愿和公司安排决定去向。这是一个驻场的工作，相当于技术支持，不是纯研发的。月薪10k左右，但是具体薪资是根据本来薪资和个人能力而定的，福利待遇都是可以open谈的。
Job Responsibilities:
1. Interface with customer for acoustic support for our product
a) Customer application support
b) Sample failure analysis
2. Acoustic design (headset)
a) Build up analysis model and optimise the key acoustic parameters for product analysis.
b) Cooperate across teams to implement design improvements.
3. Analysis of products on acoustic performance
a) Measure Acoustic performance and TS parameters of product prototypes
b) Design and carry out the acoustic analysis for the prototypes
c) Documentation for the analysis and experiment results.
d) Exchange ideas with other acoustic experts.
Required Experience and Skills:
1. Working experience in acoustic component design for a minimum of 2 years
2. Experience in FEM analysis.
3. Knowledge about acoustic components for telecommunication market.
4. Experience with Acoustic test systems: SoundCheck & AP
5. Very good English skills
