职位描述:

Responsibilities:
Responsible for engineering analysis to select and execute detailed electro-
acoustic and audio system design approaches consistent with the design and
schedule goals. Work with cross-function team and OEM/ODM supplier, conduct
design review before design release.
Also responsible for front-end feasibility studies, prototyping, pilot runs,
production line start-up support and systems development for new OEM/ODM
headset products.
Also responsible for fine-tuning the audio DSP (digital audio processing) with
3rd party DSP vendor to ensure the final product meets design goals.
Must provide leadership in acoustics/audio core technology efforts and provide
acoustics guidance to other functions such as Industrial Design, Production
and Quality Assurance.
Develop new technologies/technology platforms of acoustics/audio.


Haves:
· BS in Engineering or related technical discipline with emphasis in
acoustics or electronics

· Three + years electro-acoustic design experience

· Knowledge and experience in theories of acoustic design and sound quality.

· Knowledge of basic audio digital signal processing, like VAD（voice
activity detector）, AEC (acoustic echo canceller) and NR (noise reduction)…

· Intermediate analog electrical circuit design

· Knowledge and experience in electro-acoustic transducers, e.g. microphones
and speakers.

· Knowledge and experience in various acoustics elements, e.g. acoustic
filters

· Experience in reading and writing technical specifications in English

· Hands-on approach to prototyping and verification measurement

· Experience with lab equipment, i.e. B&K, Sound Check, Audio Precision and
equivalent systems

· Able to carry out designs independently, and be able to coordinate with
team members from other functions, e.g. industrial design, mechanical,
electrical, manufacturing and quality assurance, etc. -- A good team player

· Skill to be cost sensitive in terms of high volume products from definition
into production on aggressive schedules

· Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese

· Good computer skills

Very Desirable
· Experience on telephone terminal equipment and systems

· Advanced degree in acoustics

· Leadership experience

· Experience with acoustics modeling

· Experience with MatLab, PSpice, etc.

· Experience with DOE techniques, statistical process control & QFD

· Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint and Project
