对远宇和现在的AAC有点了解！舍得花钱买设备，员工工资不高，管理层观念落后！南大一声学专业毕业生在那里干了10年后，出来到常州一小厂。

任职要求： - BS in Engineering or related technical discipline with emphasis in acoustics
or electronics
- Three + years electro-acoustics design experience
- Knowledge and experience in theories of acoustic design and sound quality
- Intermediate analog electrical circuit design
- Knowledge and experience in electro-acoustic transducers, e.g. microphones
and speakers
- Knowledge and experience in various acoustics elements, e.g. acoustic filters
- Experience in reading and writing technical specifications in English
- Hands-on approach to prototyping and verification measurement
- Experience with lab equipment, i.e. B&K, Audio Precision and equivalent
system
- Able to carry out designs independently, and be able to coordinate with team
members from other functions, e.g. industrial design, mechanical,

职位职责： -Responsible for engineering analysis to select and execute detailed electro-acoustic design approaches consistent with the design and schedule goals set by Headquarters New Product Development (NPD).
-Communication with the Headquarters development team, selection and costing of acoustic and electrical devices, components and assemblies.
-Responsible for front-end feasibility studies, prototyping, pilot runs, production line start-up support and systems development for new or OEM communications headset products

-负责针对具体电声设计方法的选择和实施的工程分析，使之符合总部新产品开发中心（NPD）的设计和进度目标
-与总部开发团队交流，电子设备、零件和组装件的选择和成本控制

其实,还有很多值得大家和同行学习的地方,只能慢慢体会.

有幸参观过江苏远宇,见过潘董和盛总,觉得他们很大气!那时还没上手机扬声器项目,企业也远没有现在的规模,但那时他们就说准备投资一个亿.记忆深刻的还有,当年潘董的办公室很朴素,而新厂房的生产设备很先进.

听说他们好几年前好几十万的小日本产的音圈绕线机就买了好多台。

家族企业！！！现在穿了马甲（改叫AAC）还是那样！

管理上和很多观念有问题，比如南大毕业生月薪3500以上，其他不管名牌不名牌的毕业生只有2000，这样对团队气氛等会有好的影响吗？！
