共达和歌尔是一家公司，现在名字已经正式命名为歌尔。

IEA是一家电声零件专门生産制造商，我们的生産工厂位於山东省潍坊市，占地20000多平方米，员工1000多人。而设於香港、深圳和上海的办事处则分别负责向全世界二十多个国家和地区销售和推广我们的産品。我们的産品多用於电讯和电脑等高科技、精密度要求严格的领域。虽然IEA于1997年才成立，但时至今日，已发展成爲中国最大的ECM生産制造商。

歌尔，有自己的工业园，有员工5000多名，有自己的自动化和膜具制造团队，在产品的研发和改进上速度相当的快，又是简直不敢相信，一天的时间能搞定其他企业1周左右才能搞定的事情。企业里使用先进的管理方式。一派欣欣向荣的景象，现在已经跻身世界电声行业的前列。
   共达不是歌尔。与歌尔相比较，还是有差距的。

歌尔的前身是潍坊怡力达电声有限公司（IEA），在今年8月份，更名为潍坊歌尔声学股份有限公司，

也可以讲歌尔就是 怡力达，而不是供达，

歌尔分为歌尔声学（主要业务是器件部分：MIC/SPK/RCV）与歌尔电子（主要业务是整机部分：蓝牙耳机/主动降噪耳机/等相关声学产品）两大块

Aug. 9, 2007-IEA® today announces the birth of its new name Goertek Inc. from Weifang IEA Electro-Acoustic Co., Ltd. which represents a significant milestone in the company’s history and further signifies the company’s evolution to a market-driving platform solutions company, who is committed to enriching human being’s life by delivering sound in an easy, flexible, and enjoyable way. Also Goertek® changes its logo (pictured) in an effort to better communicate important characteristics and value to consumers and reflects its principles of customer focus, innovation, and youthful. IEA® will be used as a electro-acoustic components product brand hereafter.

GoerTek Inc. is a joint-venture company with more than 2300 employees including 300 managers and engineers. GoerTek is focused on the development, manufacture and sale of microphone, receiver and speaker. We provide electro-acoustic parts for consumer electronic products such as mobile, earphone and telephone.

GoerTek is the largest ECM manufacturer with expertising in acoustic products in China. 80% products are exported throughout the world, including Europe, America and Japan. Many world-famous companies, such as Panasonic, Uniden, Shure, Inventec, Lenovo, Aomi are our customers.

GoerTek has rich experience and strong capabilities in the manufacture of acoustic products. It is the first internal acoustic company to pass ISO9001 : 2000 and ISO14001 : 1996 system certification. We devote ourselves to providing our customers with products of high quality, advanced functionality and good quality/price ratio through various ways such as strict quality control, advanced technology research and development, precise modelling, automatic manufacturing and worksite management.
