Essential Responsibilities:
1, Responsible for headphone acoustic design, responsible for sound quality of all headphone products. Manage the Headphone acoustic team and deliver as expected; 2. Support GPLM to define and review the product concept. Contribute innovation and provide technology roadmap to support marketing strategy; 3. Support Product Specification and Program Execution teams in the development of headphone products, define acoustic requirement, interact and communicate with related functions as required. 4, Support sound quality control in collaboration with Quality and other team; 8, Monitor acoustics testing of new products and components at suppliers and Contract Manufacturers as required. 9, Responsible for conveying, communicating, and preserving original product definition, design integrity, performance and cost expectations, and scheduling requirements of assigned projects 11, Perform subjective listening test and evaluate sound quality of headphone product. 13, Assist line manager to improve sound development process. |
Basic Qualifications:
1, Must have good hearing and be capable of accurately evaluating sound quality of audio product. 2,Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical or acoustical engineering. 5.Good at communication;

Sr. Engineer, Hardware
Essential Responsibilities:
· Responsible for design of hardware on component or module level, on the basis of design
specifications in accordance with the functional specifications.
· Carry out feasibility study on new products against requirements, assist in defining a feasible
architecture/concept and create a realistic development plan.
· Ensure product quality from ODM/OEM meets Harman standard and requirements, comply
Harman documentation structure, standards and design rules in project execution.

Sr. Software Engineer
Essential Responsibilities:
? Design and implement new applications and support existing applications.
? Contribute best-in-class programming skills to develop highly innovative, maintainable iOS code.
? Continually offer thought-leadership and dependable execution in a fast-paced environment.
Basic Qualifications:
? BS/MS in Computer Science or a related field.
? Solid experience with iOS, iPhone/iPAD using Cocoa Touch Development, Objective C, Xcode.
? Strong understanding of interactive touch/gesture interfaces, application development paradigms, memory management, file I/O, concurrency, multithreading and cloud services.
? Strong knowledge of computer science fundamentals: MVC, object oriented programming, memory management, threading, etc.
? Experience in mobile development for a consumer facing website is a plus.
? Deep understanding and experience of client-side development technologies is a plus, including: JavaScript, JQuery, Web services, HTML5, CSS3
? Experience with Android development is a plus.
? Experience with Java C, C++, Ruby, PHP, C#/ASP or other web development experience is a plus.
? An ability to lead a design, architecture, and the entire project, while providing mentorship to more junior engineers.
? Must adapt and learn new technologies quickly.
Sr. Engineer, Mechanical
Essential Responsibilities:
· Conversion of Industrial Design into a well thought out and feasible mechanical design.
· Communicate with associated technical and management teams on product design requirements.
· Organize the relevant internal and external technical teams to have design reviews prior to tooling.
· Manage deliverable schedule and design time to allow for on time delivery of design process requirements.
· Approve and validate all mechanical parts using a FAI and sample build process.
· Provide technical reports on aspects of development specific to mechanical engineering discipline.
· Process all documentation into Document Control system following internal NPI process
Required Education and Experience:
· BSME with 3-5 years of consumer product development and engineering experience.
· Experienced with design and manufacturing of headphone and earphone products.
Required Skills:
· Economics skills (tooling and mechanical part price and cost evaluation and tracking)
· Working knowledge of general mechanical product structure design and assembly.
· Strong teamwork skills, interpersonal and communication skills.
· Ability to work in a matrix organization or multiple departments.
· Ability to react quickly and accurately to changes in program and design directions while maintaining
challenging delivery schedules
· Proficient in the use of software tools such as, ACAD, Pro-e and or Solidworks.
· Good verbal and written communications skills, including technical documentation using Microsoft Office,
Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Basic Qualifications:
· Ability of working with Operations, Project Management, Design/Process Engineers and customers to
develop and implement best practice in mass production based mechanical designs.
· Manage design process on assigned projects while also helping team achieve collective departmental
goals.
· Be self motivated and aware of time schedules and delivery requirements.

· With excellent teamwork spirit and communication skills and be able to work under pressure to deadlines.
