General Requirements
Operating Temperature Range :
-30℃ to +70℃ without loss of function.
Storage Temperature Range :
-40℃ to +85℃ without loss of function.
General Raliability
Immediately after the test.the samples shall be stored under climatic conditions such as normally exist in ordinary rooms or laboratories.Unless otherwise noted.the recovery period shall be 4 hours at least. The intermediate and final date must meet the limits of parameter or curve described in the Spec. Each test require 12 Samples.
Temperature Shock:
-40°C/+85°C 30 cycles.30 minutes at each temperature .20 second maximum transition time
Static Humidity test:
Soak samples to +70°C with 95% relative humidity for 240 hours.
Operation Life:
+85 deg C for 96 hours .under rated power(5mW).Simulated Program Signal per IEC268-1.
Max. Power:
+25 deg C . under max power (10mW). Signal to be applied for a duration of 1 second on, 60 seconds off, repeated 60 times.Program Signal per IEC268-1.The transducer shall function correctly after this conditioning.
Rub and Buzz:
The input power shall be set at 5mW. Using an audio oscillator, sweep from 300 to 3400 Hz with the receiver in free air. There shall be no buzzes, rattles, nor spurious noises.

Mechanical shock:
Refer to IEC 68-2-34
RESONANCE SWEEP TEST :
Sweep receivers from fo-free-50Hz to fo-free+50Hz at 25°C and at rated power 12 hours continuously. The swept tone shall pass from fo-free-50Hz to fo-free+50Hz in 6 seconds and repeated without interruption.
SALT SPRAY TEST
PER CNS4158-H2040 , The test time is 48 hours.
看来要求不低,不知是否合理?
参照的标准是?

要求确实比较高,很多普通材料在85度以上已经不能正常工作了.如PET的Tg为78度
普通ABS耐温也就80度
mylar改用PEI和PEN,塑殼用PBT+GLASS15%就OK了,樓主的可靠性试验有點與AAC相似
楼主是AAC的吧，我看过AAC的规格书，和你的条件差不多的
